Ashutosh Shukla is currently Sr. Consultant of the Department of Medicine, Artemis Hospital, where he’s been working for the past 8 years.
He is responsible for the overall administration of the Medicine department which includes analysis & performance of the Department as per the business plan and conducting medical audits on a regular basis.
He manages patients in the OPD, IPD, ICU and Emergency conforming to the latest evidence based guidelines. Additionally, he is also the Program director of the post graduate DNB teaching program and in-charge of the Preventive Health-check Program at Artemis Hospital.

Prior to this he was working as a Senior Consultant & was the founder team member at Max healthcare, Saket, New Delhi for 8 years, where he launched the path breaking Preventive Healthcare Program and received the Chairman’s award for outstanding performance at Max healthcare.
He worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine on deputation by External Affairs Ministry, Govt. of India from ’96 to ’99.
Shukla has published many scientific papers and has organized Continuing Medical Education programs.
He has trained at Stanford Medical School and San Francisco General Hospital for advanced training in Medicine in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
Shukla’s quest to keep updated with the most recent advances in Medicine took him to Harvard Medical School for their Comprehensive Board Review in 2010.
He has also trained in the Hospital Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad in 2012.
